Our Story
Ladies in Media was born from a simple truth: representation matters. What started as a small community of women in radio and TV has grown into a pan-African platform committed to uplifting the voices of women in the media space. From the studio mic to the director’s chair, we believe every woman deserves the spotlight—not just for visibility, but for impact.
We’ve watched too many talented women go unheard, unseen, and under-celebrated. So we created a space where their stories are celebrated, their work recognized, and their future nurtured.
